Though earth kingdom girls are also good slaves as well
Tylee who used to run with the circus has made enough money for nice cozy little Home and a slave for her own amusement.
Katara was once fought against the Fire nation with the Avatar but after they lost. she was sold in to slavery and her will was eventualy broken.
Tylee bought both her and her brother who she had a crush on. but after seeing how crushed Katar was Tylee decided to cheer up her new slaves aura with a little tickle torture. Tylee liked tickling Katar so much K atara has become her official tickle Slave.
Tylee can bend her own bodie so flexably. But she also liked to encourage Katar alot too. saying the Avatar come back some day.
However this only made Katara upset. however Tylee decided to let a secret slip that the Dai Li where secretly breeding air benders and haveing them trained to bend air.
with this news a promise that the Cycel has not been broken.  Tylee's not afraid Katara will try to escape tough because she can easily block her chii even if she tried.
But now with herslaves spirits lifted Tyleee continues to teas her sides and bellie wwith her toes while tickling her wiggeling feet in the stoks with a feathure held neatly in her teeth and tickles the other foot with the hand she isn't standing on.
but wait until she gets the oil o Katara's feet and then ties her toes with string.

(Ok so this is takes place in a time line where the fire nation won and Tylee retires early. She didn't apose Azula in this time line but wisges she had. This Tylee is also secretly planning to wait out for something to happen. she believe the fire nation will fall. I can't say what all happenedto who. but bottom line as you can guess the Avatar disapeared again but weathure he's dead or not isn't known)
(sorry if the stroy doesn't focus that mutch on the tickling, but if you want to the story to continue on either the tickling or the alternate time line let me know.)
